Please print a copy of this contract, and date and sign every page,and send it back to me before we

even discuss picking up an animal. You must agree in no uncertain terms, that you are obtaining one

of my dogs for breeding, legal hunting, and/or companion purposes only. If you mention anything in

any email, or phone calls, even remotely resembling your intention to conduct an illegal activity

with one of my dogs, then I cannot and will not legally sell you a dog(now or anytime in the future.

New Buyers:

If I do not no you you must provide me with your vet information; What animal hospital

you will be taking the dog to name of vet. If you do not have a vet don't bother

contacting me until you have one. Animals need shots, check-ups. These are my dogs and I

do not want to see them go into the wrong hand, I have alot of time, love and care into

these animals. You must also be able to take care of my dogs; have a job, your own

place, your spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend whoever it might be permission. I will

not sell a animal to anybody under the age of 18. Don't even contact me if your a

gangster/thug or somebody looking for something to make them look cool or tough look

else where, and grow up. Last but not least in this section if you are family or friend

don't give a reference for somebody I do not no, they will still have to do the contract as

well.

Pups already born:

A $200 non-refundable deposit will hold a pup for you until it is eight weeks of age. The

Balance must be paid in full by the day the pup is 8 weeks old or you deposit is forfeited.

You agree that is the balance is not paid and in my hands, by the day the pup turns eight

weeks old the entire deposit is forfeited to me. I will only except 2 payments; a $200

deposit to hold the pup and then the remaining balance by the time the pup turns 8

weeks old. Your $200 deposit is your promise that you will buy the pup, and that you will

pay the balance on time. I will not track you down for the balance owed it's simple keep

your word to me and my pups.

After the pup is paid in full and I have the signed contract, we will arrange for you to

pick-up your pup or for shipping arrangements. If you do not pick-up your pup on time as

we agree on I will immediately begin charging you boarding fees. (see Boarding Fees)

Reserving an unborn pup:

You may also put a deposit on a breeding that has taken. I don't advise this because who

knows how many pups will be born or survive. There are some advantages though as you

would get to pick your pup in the order I have got the deposits. There will be no

switching deposits from one breeding to the next unless the said breeding didn't take or

not enough pups where born.

Boarding Fees:

Your cost for me to care for your animal is $10 dollars a day, per dog. So do the math 1

day late $10, 2 days late $20, etc... If you check around that is cheaper than you will find

anywhere. You will not get your pup until all boarding fees are paid in full. If you do not

come after your dog by 30 days I will sell it to someone else. So make sure you can pick

up  your pup when you say you are.

Shipping:

Shipping is an extra charge, these days there are more than one option, shipping

depending on where you are is about $300 plus health certificate, and crate.

The Right to Repossess:

The dogs I sell are yours to enjoy as you will, within the parameters of this agreement;

however, sometimes I make a truly key, irreplaceable animal available. If you manage to

obtain a key dog from me, and if there are stipulations and strings attached ( for

instance, agreeing to give me breeding rights to a key Stud Dog  or one pup back out of

each litter off a key brood bitch you get from me)   and you later refuse to live up to

your agreement, I have the right to repossess the dog! So if you get a pup or dog from me

with strings attached, such as agreements to allow me access to the dog, or to give it

only back to me if you have to part with it, then you need to live up to the agreement.

Otherwise you hereby agree to that I have the legal right to repossess that pup or dog

from you (or from anyone with who you have placed the dog or sold the dog to. Further

more you are also agreeing to give the pup or dog I sell to you a good home and to take

care of it. If you can not do this and I find out I have the right to reposes it. AND THIS

SIGNED DOCUMENT WILL BE MY LICENSE TO SHOW ANY AUTHORITIES IN YOUR AREA MY

RIGHT TO COME GET BACK MY ANIMALS.

Customer incentive for excellence:

If you campaign any dog purchased from me to its Conformation Show Championship, Ace

Weight Pull designation, Schutzhund Title or any other legal display of excellence  and I

am properly credited as the breeder, then you are entitled to a free pup or stud service

for your good work.

Agreement:

I hereby certify that i have read and agree to every single term and condition that

 BONEYARD BULLDOG'S  has stipulated above. I hereby certify that I have agreed to pay him

$           for the pup/dog named                                              , from the                   

x                        breeding, and I have placed a $                  deposit on this animal, with a

remaining balance of $                       due and payable in Robert Martell's hands no later

than           /         /            , subject the terms and conditions set forth above

Or.....

I hereby certify that this dog being given         /traded             to me under all of these

applicable terms and conditions       

I also have         /have not    (check one) agreed to give Robert Martell breeding rights to

this animal, as defined.

I understand that BONEYARD BULLDOG'S cares very much for each and every one of his dogs as

such I have also agreed that, should I ever decide to sell/cull/part with the above-

described dog I am getting from him, I will give BONEYARD BULLDOG'S  the right of first refusal.

By that I mean, I will offer the animal back to BONEYARD BULLDOG'S, for the same as the selling

price, above... or for free if it was given or traded to me... and I further agree to allow

him 30 days to come up with the payment, and/or to come get the animal     after I have

first given him a formal written notice of intent to sell/cull/part with it... before I will

make a move to part with this animal.

Finally, I hereby agree that I do not intend to participate in, promote, encourage any

illegal activity or activities by the purchase of this dog named                                 , from

the                    x                        breeding, nor will I in any way violate the animal welfare

acts of 1976 or any state, federal, or local laws connected in any way with the purchase

fo this animal, I also agree that the animal is 100% my responsibility, from the moment

of my taking possession of it, and that in no way is Robert Martell vicariously-liable for

any of my actions with this animal.

Below is my signature which reflects my 100% complete understanding, agreement, and

my word of compliance with each and every term and stipulation laid forth in this entire

agreement, all of which I fully understand, and of which I am fully-aware is a legally-

binding contract that I have entered into of my own free will:
